uxdeck is a design canvas that runs in your browser, with a UX coach that checks your work as you go and an AI agent that designs with you. Design screens and prototypes, work on them together in real time, and publish them as websites. It is free to start; Pro takes the limits off.

How billing works
- Per editor. On your own you are one editor. Someone who is not on Pro takes one of your seats to edit your files or your team’s files, only after you say yes to its price. Viewers are always free, and they can comment.
- Monthly or yearly. Yearly saves 20%. Seats added during a yearly period are billed monthly until your renewal, then join your yearly plan.
- Cancel any time from Settings, and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted.
- A full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
- Payments will be handled by a payment provider acting as the merchant of record, which charges any sales tax or VAT and sends your receipts. Payments open soon: until then nothing is charged.

Questions
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card: 3 files of your own, unlimited viewers (who can comment), the coach, PNG and SVG export, one published site and 500 agent credits a month. Pro takes the limits off.
On your own you are one editor, so you pay for one. Someone who is not on Pro takes one of your seats to edit your files or your team’s files, only after you say yes to its price. Viewers are always free and can comment, and someone who is on Pro themselves edits your files without a seat.
No. Anyone can view and comment on your files for free, and anyone can join a team. Editing a Pro owner’s files takes a seat unless the editor is on Pro; on a Free owner’s files, everyone edits for free.
Payments open soon. Until then nothing is charged, and the Plans page in Settings lets you say which plan you would choose.
Pro will be sold through a payment provider acting as the merchant of record: you pay on its checkout, it adds any sales tax or VAT for your country, and it sends your receipts. It is named in the Terms before payments open. Prices are in US dollars. uxdeck never sees your card details.
Yes, with no commitment. Cancel from Settings and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, and you get a full refund.
Nothing is deleted. Files past Free’s 3 stay in your account; to make a new one, move one to the trash. Your published sites show the Made with uxdeck badge again.
No. Credits come back on the first of each month and do not add up. On a team, its editors’ credits are pooled for the team’s files.
No. Visits are counted by the server, without cookies or scripts, and nobody is followed from one day to the next. Free shows the last 7 days’ visitors and page views; Pro shows each day, the pages, where people came from, their countries and devices, over up to 90 days.
You can join any team on Free. Making one takes Pro, and each editor in it is a seat; viewers in a team are free.
