Stuck, or something not working the way it should? Write through the contact form or to contact@uxdeck.app, and I will answer myself. Here is what helps me help you, and a few answers you may need right away.
Last updated 26 September 2026
1. Write to me
Use the contact form, or write to contact@uxdeck.app from any email address. Replying to any email uxdeck sent you reaches me too. I answer every message by email.
2. What to include
A few details let me see what you see, without a round of questions first:
- The link to the file, if the problem is in one (copy it from the address bar or from Share).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on a Mac or Safari on an iPhone.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can.
Please do not send passwords or anything secret. I never need them, and I will never ask for them.
3. Signing in
You sign in with Google, GitHub or a link uxdeck emails you. There is no uxdeck password to reset.
- The email link did not arrive. Check your spam or promotions folder, and that the address is spelled right. A link works once and expires after 10 minutes; if you asked for more than one, use the newest.
- You see a different account. Google, GitHub and an emailed link each sign you in by email address. Use the same address you used before to reach the same files, or connect another way in from Settings, under Sign-in methods.
4. Your files
- Your files are in your account, on uxdeck's servers, and open on any device you sign in from.
- A file you deleted is in Trash on Home until you empty it, and you can restore it from there.
- An earlier version of a file is in Version history, in the file's menu.
- A copy of your own: Save a local copy, in the file's menu, downloads the file with its images.
5. Your account
You can change your name, choose which emails you get, sign out and delete your account in Settings. Deleting asks you to confirm by email first, and then removes your account and every file you own. How your data is handled is in the Privacy Policy.
6. Ideas and requests
Something missing? Use Request a feature, at the bottom of Home's sidebar, or tell me through the contact form. I read every one.
7. Security and abuse
To report a security problem, or a file or account used to deceive people, see the Security page, or write to security@uxdeck.app.
