Account and plans
Delete your uxdeck account and the files you own, confirmed by email, and see what goes and what stays.
Checked against uxdeck on 16 October 2026
Deleting your account removes it for good, together with every file you own. It cannot be undone. To make sure it is really you, uxdeck asks you to confirm from your email before anything happens.
If you only want a break, sign out instead: your files stay in your account.
Delete your account
- Open Settings, Profile, and press Delete account.
- In Delete your account?, press Email me the link. Nothing is deleted yet.
- Open the email Confirm deleting your uxdeck account and press Review and confirm. The link works for 30 minutes, and you must be signed in to the same account.
- uxdeck shows Delete your account for good? with what will go: how many files you own, and how many of them other people are working in.
- Press Delete account.
You are signed out, and a last email confirms the account is deleted.
To stop at any point, close the dialog or ignore the email. Nothing happens without the link.
What is deleted
- Every file you own, for everyone it was shared with, and the sites published from them.
- Teams you own where you are the only member.
- Your profile picture, your stars, folders, notifications and settings.
- Your agent conversations.
- Fonts uploaded to your Personal workspace.
- Your AI tool tokens, which stop working at once.
- Your invitations to uxdeck and your invite link.
What stays
- Comments you left in other people’s files stay there, under your name.
- Files you own inside someone else’s team stay with that team and go to its owner.
Teams come first
If you own a team that other people are in, uxdeck stops and shows Your teams come first. Make someone else the owner of each team, or delete it, then try again. This is checked at every step, so someone joining your team between the email and the confirmation stops it too.
Catches
- There is no grace period. Once you confirm, the files are gone and cannot be brought back.
- The link expires after 30 minutes. Start again from Settings if it has.
- You can make a new account with the same address later, but nothing from the old one comes back.
- Want to keep a file? Transfer it to someone else, or export it, before you delete your account.
