Describe a screen in a sentence, add pictures if you like, and the agent draws it in a new deck you can then edit.
Checked against uxdeck on 16 October 2026
From Home you can describe a screen in your own words and let uxdeck’s agent draw it. It makes a new deck named after your idea, opens it, and draws the screen in front of you, layer by layer, with real frames, auto layout and text you can edit. It is a quick way past the empty canvas: a first draft you then shape yourself.
Pictures can go with the words: a screenshot of a design you like, a sketch, or components to build from. The agent reads them as it works.
Make one
- On Home, find the box that says Describe the screen to make. If it is closed, press Make with AI beside New file.
- Describe the screen. Say what it is for, what is on it and anything about its style. The box suggests examples while it is empty.
- Press ↩, or the arrow button. ⇧↩ starts a new line instead.
A new deck opens on the Agent tab with your idea already sent, and a toast says the agent is drawing it. Watch it work, and press Stop the agent if it goes the wrong way.
Add pictures
Press the picture button in the box, paste a picture, or drop one on the box. You can add up to 5, as PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF. Each one shows as a thumbnail; press its cross to remove it.
Pictures alone are enough: with no words, the agent makes the deck from what it sees.
After it draws
The result is an ordinary file. Everything the agent made can be selected, moved and changed like your own layers, and each change it made is one step of undo.
Keep talking to it in the Agent tab: “make the header darker”, “add a tablet breakpoint”, “turn the cards into a component”. Read The agent for what it can do. The UX coach checks what it draws, the same as your own work.
Credits
Making a file uses agent credits. Under the box, a chip shows how many you have left. Pictures use more credits, since the agent reads them as it works; the note under the box says so when you add one.
When you run out, the chip reads No credits left (or No credits today on Free, when the day’s share is used) and the button is off. Press See plans to look at more.
| What | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Credits each month | 500 | 3,000 (in a team, the team’s files draw from a shared pool of 3,000 per seat) |
| Most in one day | 150 | No daily limit |
From your phone
On a phone, the same box sits on Home. Your idea is drawn by uxdeck’s server, so you can lock your phone and it keeps going. One idea is drawn at a time, and up to 3 more wait in line and start by themselves. A card on Home shows the one being drawn, with Watch it to open the deck and Stop to end it, and the ideas waiting, each with a button to cancel it. What the server drew is undone from Version history, not with ⌘Z. Read uxdeck on your phone.
Catches
- It is a new file. On Free, a file of your own counts as one of your 3 files (a team’s files do not). With no room left, you are asked to free a place first.
- In a team, you need to be able to add files, and the team must not have turned the agent off.
- Be specific. “A sign-up screen for a meditation app, with Google and email” gets a better first draft than “a login page”.
- The prompt is not available in the Archive or Trash views. Switch to Recents or All files.
