Where to look things up inside uxdeck, how to ask for a feature, and how to reach the uxdeck team.

Checked against uxdeck on 16 October 2026

Most answers are a click away inside uxdeck: the shortcuts sheet, the glossary and this Guide. When something is missing or not working, you can write to the uxdeck team directly. A person reads every message.

Look it up in the app

  • Keyboard shortcuts: press ⌃⇧?, or open the Deck menu at the top left, then Help, Keyboard shortcuts. The left rail’s footer has it too. See Keyboard shortcuts.
  • The glossary: Deck menu, Help, uxspot.io glossary opens the glossary on uxspot.io.
  • Reading: the Reading tab in Review searches the glossary, UX articles and checklists without leaving your file.
  • Quick actions: press ⌘K and type what you want to do. It finds commands and menu items by name. See Quick actions.
  • What a message means: see Messages and what to do.

What’s new

On Home, the sidebar has What’s new (a dot appears when there is a new release) and Changelog, with everything uxdeck has added and fixed. On a phone, Changelog is in the account menu.

Request a feature

Have an idea, or need something uxdeck does not do yet?

  1. On Home, press Request a feature in the sidebar. On a phone, it is in the account menu.
  2. Write what you would like uxdeck to do, up to 1,000 characters.
  3. Choose what it is about if you like: Canvas & layers, Prototype & motion, Publish & sites, Figma import, Comments & sharing, Home & files or Something else.
  4. Add up to five pictures: paste or drop a screenshot, which often says it best.
  5. Press Send to uxdeck (or ⌘↩).

You need to be signed in. When an idea ships, you will see it in What’s new.

Press Request a feature, write the idea, paste a picture with ⌘V, then Send to uxdeck.

Contact the uxdeck team

For a question, a problem or anything that is not a feature idea:

  • On the sign-in page, press Contact. Fill in your Email and Your message (first name, last name and company are optional) and press Send message. I answer by email. The same form opens from Contact in the site’s About menu and footer.
  • Or write to contact@uxdeck.app.

What to include

A good report gets a fix faster:

  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The exact text of any message, copied as it appears.
  • Your browser and device, for example Chrome on a Mac, or Safari on an iPhone.
  • A screenshot, or the file’s link (Copy link to page in the file menu) if the person helping may need to look. Share the file with them only if you are happy for them to see it.

Catches

  • Requests need you signed in; the contact form does not.
  • Office networks can block uxdeck now and then, which looks like a fault. If you see “Could not reach uxdeck from this network”, try another network before writing in. See Working offline.
  • A feature request is not a vote. Each one is read, and what ships is announced in What’s new.
